<reviewbody>Amazingly clean recording for 1919. Anachronistic, but way jammin'. Dig that xylophone!</reviewbody>

<reviewbody>Once again, the Edison recordings force me to re-evaluate Jazz, as this recording has a xylophone going on in it. Is the xylophone a jazz instrument?? In any case, I really liked the accomapemnt of Xylophone, Saxaphone AND Piano. The Saxaphone sounds odd here, but adds it's flourish with it's muted effect.</reviewbody>

<review><reviewbody>This is the theme music for the upcoming podcast "The Cartoon Geeks." The xylophonist in this piece went on to play with the band that recorded the music for the Disney shorts "Steamboat Willie" and "The Skeleton Dance." This guy is the Yngvie Malmsteen of ragtime Xylophone, man. Amazing. And yes, very cartoony.</reviewbody>

<review><reviewbody>Only few words: Nice, funny, but too easy. Ragtime is good, but I hope, this is only introduction for serious compositions. </reviewbody>
